Having joined HGP at a junior level, Russell has a thorough understanding of our practice’s values and champions this through an overlapping interest in sustainability and technical expertise.
An excellent communicator, he exemplifies this on numerous projects working closely with large national housebuilders on both standard and bespoke schemes. As Technical Lead, his primary focus is the delivery of detail packages. In this capacity, he manages a large team of focused individuals, while also keeping the practice informed of evolving industry standards.
