Our project for 44 apartments in Durley Road, Bournemouth has just achieved planning approval. Over 6 floors, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats the proposal will provide luxury accommodation to the west of Bournemouth town centre.
The site, currently a surface car park, has been designated for residential use in BCP Council’s Area Action Plan for several years. It is being brought forward by the Bournemouth Development Company, a joint venture between the Council and Morgan Sindall Investments. The successful approval is welcome after a lengthy appeal process, providing new homes for market sale and aimed at first-time buyers, young professionals, downsizers and families.
