Novartis Site, Horsham – Planning Approval
We’re delighted to share that the redevelopment of the former Novartis site in Horsham has received planning approval!
Delivered in collaboration with Muse, this milestone marks the next chapter for one of Horsham’s most recognisable brownfield sites — transforming it into a vibrant, sustainable new neighbourhood of 244 affordable homes.
The scheme takes inspiration from the site’s Art Deco heritage, blending contemporary design with historic character to create a cohesive, high-quality residential environment.
Our design responds to the site’s unique context — connecting with surrounding communities, prioritising pedestrian-friendly streets, and weaving in generous public open spaces, plazas, and ecological corridors.
