We’re thrilled to share that HGP continues it’s legacy of waterfront developments with our latest design at Town Quay. Designed as a landmark destination, this mixed-use scheme is set to become a marine gateway for and transform the waterfront of the City of Southampton.
Located adjacent to the Old Town Conservation Area, in close proximity to numerous designated heritage assets and strategic views, careful consideration has been given to our design of the scheme. The contemporary design seeks to juxtapose old and new elements of the City, opening up views of the water, whilst offering new marina facilities including retail, restaurants, 480 homes and a luxury hotel with conference and spa facilities.
