Summer Youth Eco-Conference 2023
HGP will be supporting Final Straw Foundation tomorrow with their Summer Youth Eco-Conference 2023 to be hosted fittingly at our former project, The Camber, Portsmouth, designed originally for Ben Ainslie Racing.
Through an overarching message of ‘Hope and Innovation’, the conference is aimed at bringing together students aged 11-16 to discuss and tackle the most pressing environmental issues facing our oceans today and explore how we can work in partnership to create a more sustainable future.
As a company committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship, we are thrilled to be a part of this initiative of inspiring young people through education and encouragement to come together to share innovative ideas and drive positive change for our planet.
During this conference, HGP will be discussing the importance of the built environment on our wider natural environment, how eco-friendly initiatives, and sustainable practices can be instrumental in reducing carbon footprint in the construction industry and we will host a practical workshop session to exchange ideas and collaborate on innovative solutions that can contribute to a more sustainable future for all.
We have been eagerly anticipating taking part in tomorrow’s event, alongside other incredibly inspiring contributors and looking forward to learning a thing or two ourselves!
